This is tiny hexagonal plate snowflake, around 0,5 millimeter in diameter. Recently i especially hunting for snowflakes with rainbow colors, shooting tiny hexagonal plates like this on horizontally placed sheet of glass, pointing macro setup at angle with small desktop tripod. After one hour of trial and error, i catch some snow crystals with this effect. Here is second processed snowflake from this series: Rainbow flower.

This picture was made by averaging stack of 16 identical RAW photos for way better details and colors of such tiny object.
